Staffing Planner for Elderly Care Service

The Elderly Care Service is a unit within the Social and Care Administration responsible for staffing planning, intervention planning, and administrative support for the entire municipal elderly care.

The unit plays an important role in the municipality's work to create continuity, quality, and good resource utilization.

We are now looking for a staffing planner and look forward to welcoming a new colleague to our team.

The position involves employment at the Elderly Care Service with placement within the municipality's operational areas. The placement location may vary based on the needs of the operations.

Job Responsibilities

As a staffing planner, you will be responsible for daily staffing within elderly care. The work is dynamic, event-driven, and requires a good ability to handle changing conditions. The assignment includes, among other things:

• Personnel Planning. Coordination and allocation of personnel resources based on the needs of the operations. Quick and accurate handling of urgent staffing changes.
• Collaboration and Communication. Ongoing dialogue with unit managers, care staff, colleagues, and other internal and external stakeholders. Professional and factual handling of questions and feedback that require clear communication.
• System Work. Daily work in TES and Medvind. Updating schedules and plans, booking shifts, and handling orders. Very good knowledge of TES is a significant merit and an important prerequisite for quickly taking responsibility in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with an administrative focus or equivalent education.
• Very good knowledge of TES.
• Experience in staffing planning and work in Medvind is an advantage.
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in care and support is an advantage.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
